Single-Family House in Vinoř

The client requested an addition, outstanding in shape and architecture, to the existing house, which would expand the living space and also provide covering for cars. We designed a square mass placed on pairs of transversal concrete V-shaped columns that enabled to open the space under the "drawer". We decided to brighten up the prevailing monochromatic colour scheme of the surrounding houses with a bright shade of orange; the concrete surfaces kept their raw concrete look.
