A similar example as the Spořilov project, just with a different architecture in terms of style and history. The house underwent a major reconstruction and it was very interesting to reveal the original structures during the interior demolition works. In terms of technology, it was very complicated to carry out a functional recovery of the formerly continuously wet basement (situated in the slope). The humidity is drained by several methods at the same time, including ventilation with permanent electronic checks of its level. The original layout, reflecting the social class at that time (including rooms for a servant, etc.) was radically simplified and adjusted to contemporary living trends. The reconstruction was also challenging due to a large number of atypical solutions, details and products used in construction.
