Campingaz - Administration and Warehouse Facility

A newly built part of a facility consisting of an administration building and adjacent warehouse accommodating the needs of a company dealing with outdoor equipment. The whole construction was split up into two stages, the first stage has been completed (about 75% of the investment volume). The administration building is a two-storey assembled shell with prefab ceilings. The facade is encased in wood panels. The roof is flat. Windows are aluminium with black varnish. The warehouse is a one-bay prefab building with bearing columns and trusses. The warehouse is encased with sandwich PUR panels. The panels include treillage for creeping plants. In front of the buildings there is a large handling reinforced paved area allowing vehicles to ride on it. An elegant new building which, despite its industrial purpose and look, nicely fits into the surrounding estate of low single-family houses. The project for a zoning permit was prepared by Ing. Milan Melicher.
