Detail: total area of 1,300 m2 Stage: completion of 1st stage, drawings for building permit for 2nd stage The first stage of the reconstruction of the existing Cofely a.s. premises was completed in January 2014. It consisted of a comprehensive reconstruction of the old 1970s' building, which used to be partially used for washing facilities with other premises, and a partial reconstruction of 2 floors of the existing administrative building. Both reconstruction projects aimed at a better solution to very complicated structures functioning at the entire premises. The premises accommodate both administrative staff and staff working in maintenance and repair shops. For various reasons it is necessary for the staff from the clean and dirty operations to partially cooperate. Therefore, new modern facilities were built in the old building, which also provides space for offices and other necessary facilities. The reconstructed floors of the existing administrative headquarters have undergone a significant conversion of the ground floor into a logistic centre. The company top management have also witnessed a modern reconstruction of their offices that better follow modern design rules and ensure improved communication with other management staff. Currently, the second phase is under preparation - it will concern a comprehensive reconstruction of the exterior areas, a new solution to the infrastructure within the premises and a final improvement of the communication relations.
