n the third stage of the company premises development the assignment was to design a four-storey building with a classic purpose (shops on the ground floor and offices on the other floors) on a small plot situated over the former parking lot. The fixed and not to be exceeded budget, rather low for this type of building, made us to think innovatively about a number of structural and technological aspects (use of standard prefab materials, combination of materials, top penthouse made of wood, etc.) The verification offers by the potential suppliers proved that our concept was correct and feasible, while maintaining the contemporary and marketing mandatory standard that will be ensured by the completed building.
